Ah, I thought by "black organization" you meant an exclusively black organization. The NAACP's founders include white people like Mary White Ovington, a socialist, and Du Bois moved on from the NAACP and became a communist, so obviously, socialists can do both class and race while fans of capitalism only do race.
The Crisis was the NAACP's magazine, so mentioning it seems redundant, though I will note that it also had white workers.
