Are you saying settlers stopped stealing Palestinian land? That is wrong. You are correct that Israel reorganized their handling of their apartheid state. Which you cannot argue with, unless you think the two-state solution has been achieved.

You are ignoring the circumstances that created Hamas, and Netanyahu's promotion of Hamas in order to thwart the two-state solution.

I agree it is possible that Israel kills far more civilians than Hamas does because Israel is only incompetent, but it seems an odd defense to me.
