Complete agreement on the basic principle that there is a ritual aspect to working regularly, so having hours and a space and clothes for work or art are important.

Complete disagreement about naps. They recharge us. If I could change the way the US works, my first choice would be to make the four-hour work day viable. If I couldn’t do that, I’d make lunch time long enough to include time for a nap.

That said, this list probably works best as “Pick three and stick to them.”
