Dude, I didn't say they were all private businesses. But I can tell you that El Neuvo Rodeo is a good restaurant which I hope will survive, and so is Matt's Bar which will almost certainly survive, and so was Uncle Hugo's Bookstore which might or might not return. I never got to try Sanaag Resturant, but I hope I will. The list is incomplete and assembled hastily, so I don't know if my favorite panaderias are there, but I know they were both hit hard.
