I had thought we were talking about Asian-Americans, so I believe you changed the subject. Or perhaps I misunderstood you.
It would be nice to have the data broken down so we could compare the situation with different immigrant groups and different time periods—everyone, including black people, did better before neoliberalism. And we know, for example, that the first wave of Jewish immigration was wealthy and while the second included very poor people, it included very rich ones too.
