I agree. From a political POV, my favorite Disney movie is Lilo and Stitch—which is also just a whole lot of fun.

Aladdin tries to have it both ways. He’s an urchin, but she’s a princess, and validation in the movie is represented by joining the ruling class.

The Queen is propaganda, but I can enjoy shows like it and Downton Abbey.
