I think it’s essential. By not ranking “oppressions”, identitarians are able to claim that dying homeless from something that universal healthcare would have prevented is no different than wondering if a taxi picked up someone else because the driver is racist. Having the best food, shelter, education, and healthcare puts everyone in the top quintile ahead of everyone in the lower quintiles.
