It is hard to see what's relevant in Howard's capitals and exclamation points. I found the quote you're referring to. You didn't follow the link: it's from June 28, 1964. I'd say Malcolm's later statements supersede it, but after reading a bit of the 1619 Project, I've accepted the simple fact that identitarians don't believe in chronology.
