Nope. I'm using the actual percentages of the poor and the middle-class--you can check the numbers if you doubt me. Do you think black members of the middle-class have white privilege and are therefore no more likely to be killed than white members of the middle class?

To clarify, if I was only using the numbers, I would conclude that white people are twice as likely to be killed because twice as many white people are killed by the police. But I'm adding in the fact that nearly only poor people are killed, which reveals that the odds of being killed for poor white and black people are the same.
