Sigh. Has there ever been an ethnostate that did not have more members living outside than in, even at its most extreme? More Catholics lived outside Italy, more Muslims lived outside Saudi Arabia, more Mormons lived outside Utah, more white people lived outside the Jim Crow South and Apartheid South Africa, etc.
