Some of the things that you claim make a "left/progressive wish list" are the antithesis of a leftist/progressive wish list. Read "The German Ideology" if you want to see that Marx believed in freeing individuals to do what they pleased, and read his comments on the free press to see his support for free speech.

Other items are rightwing dreams. Controlling education and suppressing dissent was Joe McCarthy's goal.

Other items were dropped by the Nazis after the night of long knives.

Really, the Nazis were fascists. If they weren't, Henry Ford and Adolph Hitler would not have had a bromance. I suspect what's confusing you is that authoritarians look a lot alike whether they're on the left or the right.
