That problem is largely the creation of Zionists who have insisted since the birth of Israel that there is no difference between antisemitism and anti-Zionism. Fools believe them and hate all Jews. Imagine if we'd had 70 years of Israel insisting on the distinction between Jews and Zionists instead.
