That would be lovely. But like Adolph Reed, I see a lot of opposition from Kimberle Crenshaw’s fans to discussion of class. Their focus seems to be more on ensuring the black bourgeoisie gets as much privilege as the white bourgeoisie, and their main objection to poverty is that it’s racially disproportionate. My objection to poverty, like King’s, is that it exists and it can be ended with Basic Income.
