I do NOT support ethnic caps. The cap I'd like would be based on wealth, not ethnicity. The Ivies should be nationalized, and if you're going to insist on a "proportionate" student body, it should be proportionate to the economic pyramid.

I'm merely pointing out that by proportionality logic, the Ivies were disproportionately Jewish during Jim Crow.
