The Philistines were not sent into the Negative Zone or destroyed by Godzilla. They intermarried, which is why you're right that Jews of Middle Eastern descent also would have Philistine DNA. The difference is Ashkenazi and Sephardi Jews have far more European DNA than Palestinians do.
