The region is irrelevant. I'm in the US, the country that gives more money to Israel than any other, and as an American, I cannot support apartheid.

And no, they do not have the same rights legally. Even if you ignore the rights of people in the land that Israel controls, look at the double standard within Israel on marriage, immigration, the "right to return", and the extra punishment that can be imposed on sexual abuse by non-Jews.
