The Hannibal Directive is not "friendly fire". It is deliberately firing knowing that people on your side will probably be killed.

And no, I am not arguing that Israel probably killed more Israeli civilians than Hamas did. I'm only pointing out the obvious: we can't know who killed more civilians.
