The well-established fact is that poor neighborhoods were redlined, regardless of color. If that wasn't so, more black homeowners and fewer white ones would've been redlined.

Class mobility in the US is awful for everyone. Moving is not nearly as easy as you think. Visit Appalachia sometime.

The system is called capitalism for a reason. The black bourgeoisie has always had a higher standard of living than the white middle class, even at the height of Jim Crow.
