The what-if game can be played forever, but I think when people say they're prepared to make peace, you should engage with them, especially if you promised that in '49 to join the UN.

What happened at Camp David was the Palestinians were not offered a viable state. I think the line at the time was that it was 90% of a viable state...which isn't a viable state.
