Palestine has been a rich land for thousands of years. The bit about making the desert bloom just shows he’s bought into hasbara.

Zionists are on someone else’s land. The Ashkenazis who drove Zionism and the Sephardis who joined them came from Europe, as their names and customs reveal: the first group spoke Yiddish, a Germanic language, and the second spoke Ladino, a Hispanic language. Why should Palestinians pay for what Nazis did?
