Two quibbles:

The Zionists spoke Yiddish, a Germanic language, but many were from Russia, Ukraine, Poland, etc.

I’m not sure they originally planned on genocide, but they certainly planned on ethnic cleansing, and when ethnic cleansing is thwarted, genocide follows.
