What is the name of the dogma I'm spouting, if not universalism?

Groups based on appearance are profoundly different than groups based on culture. Anyone could become a Roman citizen (if they were rich), but "black" and "white" people are eternally black or white if you're a racist.

I get the authority to say what I believe from the same source you get the authority to say I'm "just a follower".
