What resources are being shared with poor white people that aren't being shared with poor black people?

I told you the context for the quote. King was a democratic socialist who framed his struggles in terms of class. His most famous speech was made at the end of the March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom, and when he died, he was working on the Poor People's Campaign.

Oh, the New Deal was based on occupation, not race. It therefore did not help millions of white people. But it therefore also helped millions of black people, which is why black voters began moving from the Republican party to the Democrats.
