When people learn about the studies, they tend to like UBI. I hadn't heard UBI currently exists anywhere, though there have been many tests, and the results are encouraging.

UBI doesn't have to cause inflation. It might actually decrease it because people who who have the means to shop critically tend to do that, while people who are trapped in bad situations have to shop where they can. That's why prices are cheaper when you get outside of poor neighborhoods.
