You need better sources. The first police force in the US was Boston's. It was modeled on London's. Neither were in the slave-catching business.

I was only talking about police killings. There are twice as many white people as black in poverty, and there are twice as many white people as black killed by the police. The few exceptions are not enough to change the statistics.

There are many definitions of racism out there. The fact remains that if you decide you don't like an entire race, you're a racist.

As for your conclusion, it sounds like projection to me.
