You seem to be arguing against ethnic states. If so, I agree that they're bad things. I like the fact that the US has been becoming less and less Protestant since it was formed. And I don't worry too much about the repressive influence of Christmases and Easters that are more about Santa and the Easter Bunny than about Jesus.
