Your first points are arguments for universal health care, which the US does not have, even though it is rich enough to give money to Israel, which does have it.

You seem to miss the fact that Palestine has been the Palestinians’ home for much longer than it’s been the home of any Jew who is not descended from the Old Yishuv.
